Short answers.
Is this a launchpad?+
No. Coins launch on Pump.fun and trade there. Flisk only adds the reserve and the redeem.
Do holders own part of the S&P 500?+
No. The reserve holds SPYx, a token by Backed that tracks the index. Holders have the right to redeem coins for a share of that SPYx.
Can the creator sell the reserve?+
No. The creator is the reserve itself, and the program has no withdraw.
Can Flisk?+
No. The program has no admin instruction and no withdraw.
What if the coin dies?+
The reserve stays. Holders can still redeem their share at any time.
Why SPYx and not SOL?+
Because the backing should be something people want to hold for years, not the same asset the memecoin market runs on.
